テキサスリグと少し似ていますが、このリグでは、ルアーがシンクから遠く離れたところに位置して、ルアーが底上に自由に動きます。
カロライナルアーを作るためには、しずく模様のシンカー、ガラスビーズ、オフセットフックとソフトルアーが必要です。

It slightly resembles the Texas rig, but in this rig a sinker is placed at a distance from the lure, which enables the latter to freely hover above the bottom.
To make a Carolina lure you need a drop-shaped sinker, a glass bead, an offset hook and a soft lure.
